As the Four Horsemen plan their heist, they discover that their actions are being manipulated by someone behind the scenes. They eventually learn that the mastermind is Dylan's former mentor and secret society member, Lionel Shrike (Michael Caine), who faked his own death. Shrike wants to use the chip to expose corruption within the secret society known as The Eye.
During the heist, the Four Horsemen face numerous challenges and elaborate illusions. They manage to steal the chip, but it turns out to be a fake. They realize that Mabry was actually working for Shrike and that the real chip was in Shrike's possession all along.
In a twist, Dylan is revealed to be working with Shrike to expose the corrupt members of The Eye. The Four Horsemen, along with Alma and Natalie, team up to confront Shrike and his allies. In a climactic showdown, they successfully expose the corrupt members and restore justice.
In the end, the Four Horsemen, now joined by Rhodes and Alma, disappear once again, leaving the authorities puzzled. The movie concludes with the suggestion that their next heist will be targeting an even bigger and more powerful enemy.
"Now You See Me 2" combines elements of magic, illusion, heist, and mystery, providing an entertaining and fast-paced story with plenty of twists and turns.
